Krita 4.2.7 发布

- Make it possible to save group layers to file layers even if they are empty (BUG:411101)

注意：Linux 发行版下使用 Qt 5.13 编译 Krita 时，会发生退出 Krita 时崩溃的问题。虽然我们已经准备了应对方式，但在本版软件发布时相关代码尚未就位。
